Weinviertel resting place Ulrichskirchen-Schleinbach

The Weinviertel has a variety of cycling, hiking and pilgrimage routes. Attractive resting places should not be missing. A support call from the LEADER Region Weinviertel Ost will create rest areas in the eastern Weinviertel along different cycle paths according to specified equipment criteria with recognition value.

In the market town of Ulrichskirchen-Schleinbach, a Weinviertel rest area is being built in the Ulrichskirchen cadastral community. This consists of a pergola, seating, bicycle leaning bar, drinking water fountain, waste bin, Weinviertel flag, signposts and an information board about the surrounding area.

With the Weinviertel rest area, the bike paths are to be made more attractive and used for recreation by the population, but also by guests and day trippers. Furthermore, communication within the population is to be promoted, thereby promoting the village community.
