Criteria & requirements for a LEADER project

Not every project can become a LEADER project. 

Check the following questions. We can only help you with LEADER funding if you can answer YES to all of the questions.

• Does your project idea relate to the LEADER Region Weinviertel Ost in terms of content and geography?

• Does your project make a positive contribution to the objectives of the local development strategy of the LEADER Region Weinviertel Ost?

• LEADER funding is only co-financing. Is the raising of the related own funds secured?

• LEADER funding is paid once the project is complete and the project objectives are achieved. Are you able to pre-finance the project?

• Do you have the time resources and the know-how to successfully implement the project?

• Are the application documents (funding application, cost verification, project description, etc.) complete and formally correct?
