Social space analysis Leiser Berge

To gain a better understanding of the living conditions and realities of young people in the Leiser Berge region, a comprehensive social space analysis was conducted. The goal was to examine the social and structural circumstances affecting adolescents and young adults in the rural municipalities in greater detail. Until now, only limited information was available—this analysis therefore closes an important knowledge gap.

The focus was on collecting up-to-date data on the social and demographic structure of the municipalities and identifying the needs and challenges faced by young people in the region. The findings serve as a basis for developing targeted measures—such as improving open youth work, expanding leisure opportunities, or strengthening youth participation and engagement.

In addition, the social space analysis provides valuable insights and arguments for applying for further funding and for developing long-term strategies. The aim is not only to enhance the quality of life in the municipalities but also to strengthen community cohesion and the appreciation of the young population.

The Social Space Analysis Leiser Berge thus establishes a solid foundation for making the region more youth-friendly, vibrant, and future-oriented.
